THESIS

On The BrINK Synopsis

Working hard or hardly working? Luca believes themselves to be the latter. The deadline for their project is slowly approaching, and having no time to waste, they work with reckless abandon. However, all progress would halt once their work suddenly becomes deformed. Without an inkling as to how it happened, the struggling art student began to wonder: would they finish their work or would their work finish them?

  • Cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Post the commissioned artwork online (portfolio, publications, and social media platforms) unless stated otherwise.

  • Include a subtle watermark/sign that you may not remove.

However, I, KeroTelo, will NOT:

  • Claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned piece.

  • Profit further from the commissioned piece unless you (the client) break any of the terms (please refer to Terms of Service for more information).

You, the client/commissioner:

  • May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  • May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless agreed upon.

Payment

  • I accept payments through Paypal only.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront OR split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • Only send payment if requested and if I have agreed to give you the slot.

process and delivery

  • You will be notified once I have started your commission--in this, you are no longer allowed to issue a refund (for more info, head to Refund/Cancellation Policy).

  • During the process, I will be consulting you frequently for revisions and approval to make sure you are satisfied with the final output!

  • During consultation, I shall provide you with my works-in-progress which are watermarked and smaller than the finished piece.

  • The commissioned piece may take approximately 1-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece, your slot number, or personal circumstances.

  • Upon completion of the piece, you shall receive two files of it (Note: PSD files are optional unless requested): (1x) High-resolution File and (1x) Web-friendly File.

  • Should there be an instance where I am unable to update you of your commission, you will be IMMEDIATELY notified.

revisions

  • You are only allowed ** 3 free revisions** on the commissioned piece.

  • Additional charges will be added if: (1) You want something changed on the final piece--unless there is a misunderstanding on my part, (2) You wish for me to revise something in the piece that you have previously approved (Extra charges depend on the complexity of the revision), and (3) Your references for the piece are not clarified properly from the beginning.*

refund/cancellation

  • The client is no longer allowed refund if and only if I have started on their commission.

  • Should there be an instance where I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I start your commission, you can get a full refund.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

Concerns with any of these terms may be discussed prior to paying for your commission.Failure or disregard for any aforementioned points will revoke the client of all their rights to the commissioned piece and I, KeroTelo, will have full authority over the piece in any way I see fit.
